Damaged & Defective Items
We apologize for the inconvenience if your order arrives with damaged or defective items. We will find a replacement or issue a refund for the product and shipping charges. Please contact a customer service representative immediately at 888-640-1997 or email us at support@ishopeducation.com if you have received a damaged or defective item.
Refunds
We will issue refunds or replacements on undamaged returned within 30 days of delivery, less any restocking fees that may apply. If it has been more than the 30 days since your order was delivered and you'd like to return an item, please call us at 877-640-1999 or email us at support@ishopeducation.com.
A 25% restocking fee may be applied to certain returns. Please read the following criteria to see if your return will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Orders shipped outside the United States - Any returned orders with a shipping address that is outside the United States will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- Items over $2,000 - Any returned item whose total value exceeds $2,000 USD will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Incomplete returns - Any item returned damaged by the customer or with missing accessories upon return will be charged a 25% restocking fee, or the cost of replacement or repair for the item.
- Unauthorized returns - Any item returned without an RMA number printed from your iShopEducation account will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If you receive a damaged item or an item that was not on your order, please call us right away at 877-640-1999 or email us at support@ishopeducation.com.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion.
Returns
If you need to return an item to iShopEducation, please take the following steps so that we can get you the correct product or a refund immediately.
- Sign in to My Account at iShopEducation.
- Go to your "Order History."
- Select "Return Items" next to the appropriate order.
- Check off the item(s) that you returning and a reason for the return.
- Submit your "Return Request."
- Look for an email from iShopEducation in the next 24 hours. If your request is approved, we'll send you the new item and a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
- Affix the pre-paid shipping label we send you to the the original packaging and ship back to us using a trackable shipment method, or we will arrange for a carrier to retrieve the package containing the broken/incorrect item from you.
What You Can Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from iShopEducation. The items we sell have a 30 day money back guarantee unless otherwise noted on the product description page. When to Expect Your Refund
Please allow two billing cycles, or 21 business days, for us to receive your return and process a refund. Note that, unless otherwise stated, your refund:
- will be in the same form as your payment for the order
- will be equal to the price your order, minus shipping and handling, and any indicated restocking fees.
