Are you working with children who have a core vocabulary of nouns and verbs but are having difficulty conveying meaning? This program helps children understand the importance of Subject-Verb-Object word order. Many children with language impairments have persistent problems with word order processing and production. This pioneering language intervention program helps them learn the importance of Subject-Verb-Object word order in sentences.

Here's how it works…
Using Optimized Intervention® technology, Simple Sentence Structure begins with an assessment test to determine where to begin training. Then the program automatically guides the student through the appropriate curriculum.

During training, the student is presented with two pictures and asked to identify one of the them (e.g. “Find...’The boy is splashing the girl.”) The program monitors each student response and then adjusts the training level accordingly. New instructional reinforcement animations prepare students for the Reversibles set.

At the end of each lesson, a summary of the student’s performance is presented, allowing you to quickly review your student’s progress and ensure accountability.

Each sentence set contains 20 sentences. In each set, students are shown two pictures and they must choose the one that represents a given sentence. Here are some sample sentences from each set.
